By using Goodness Circle you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that organization.

The service

Goodness Circle provides volunteer signup pages, scheduling, waivers and check-in tools. It is currently offered free of charge during a pilot, and features may change while we improve it.

Nonprofit responsibilities

• Keep your organization details, opportunities and waiver text accurate and lawful.
• Use volunteer information only to coordinate volunteering with your organization.
• Give access only to staff who need it and keep sign-in details secure.
• Make sure your waivers, age limits and guardian requirements suit your activities.

Volunteer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only sign up for shifts you intend to attend.
• Follow the instructions and requirements of the organization you volunteer with.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including by accessing data you are not authorized to see, disrupting it, or using it to send spam.

Volunteering itself

Volunteer activities are run by the organizations listed on Goodness Circle, not by us. Each organization is responsible for its activities, sites and volunteers.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
